Control is dit jaar officieel mediapartner van het grootste Europese congres over gamesdevelopment, de GDC Europe 2011. Dat betekent onder meer dat onze komende internationale editie behalve op de Gamescom ook tijdens de GDC in Keulen uitgedeeld wordt. “We are proud to be working with one of the region’s top game publications”, aldus Ben Veechai, GDC Europe Marketing Director.
Het congres vindt dit jaar plaats van 15 tot en met 17 augustus in Keulen. Momenteel kondigt de organisatie wekelijks nieuwe sessies aan. Het programma bevat inmiddels al praatjes over/van Zynga, Silent Hill: Downpour, The Settlers Online, Bulletstorm, Playfish, Mortal Kombat, Mass Effect 3, Brink en Crysis 2 (hier alle tot nu toe bekende sessies).
Wij hopen veel van onze lezers te zien in Keulen. Ben Veechai, GDC Europe Marketing Director, had nog een paar mooie woorden, die we — bij uitzondering — maar even niet vertalen: “De Game Developers Conference Europe is excited to partner with Dutch media outlet Control.
