Job description
Guerrilla Games is looking to add a battle-hardened Senior Game Designer to its ranks for an upcoming project. If you're recruited, you will play a pivotal role in formulating the game design and guarding the game's vision. You will also act as a mentor, problem solver and source of bravery and inspiration for your fellow troops.
Requirements
We want you to contact Guerrilla HQ if:
- You've worked on (and completed) one or more FPS/action games as a Senior Game Designer
- You have experience with all stages of game development
- You're articulate, have strong conceptual skills and the ability to communicate your ideas visually and verbally
- You enjoy working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- You are analytical, have good sense of fun gameplay and are experienced in tuning and balancing
- You thrive on problem solving and have a strong understanding of UI principles, usability and playability
- You have past experience designing combat systems in the FPS/action genre
