Job description

·         Genre                    On-Line project but not browser based

·         Brand                    Incorporating high profile racing brands

·         Report to               VP of Racing (Development)

Key Points:

·         Used to setting up new development teams, taking an active role in recruitment with a focus on getting the right people in place and integrating them into the workplace and ensuring they operate effectively as a team and on their own.

·         Able to start in next 3 – 4 months

·         Produce the product ROI

·         Strong production planning and process experience – can use system of choice

·         Good mediator as you will have to work extensively with other racing studio’s

·         Working on prestigious titles

·         Online experience not necessary as long as you have a very good understanding of where the market is going.

·         Team will consist of 20/30 people as follows:-

o   Lead programmer

o   Senior producer

o   Art director

o   Principle programmer

o   Art resource from central resource

o   Technical/programming from central  resource
